CPC members ask staff to post consolidated meeting packet; staff requests additional administrative help

During the Nov. 5 session committee members requested that all applicant correspondence and any updates be consolidated into a single meeting packet and posted on the town website ahead of meetings to improve public access and to reduce e-mail traffic.
CPC staff member Lehi said the office currently handles contract signings and recordkeeping but is short-handed; staff asked for help reconciling outstanding reimbursements and returning unspent funds to the appropriate designation. Members agreed to add discussion of CPC office setup and staffing to the agenda of the next meeting and to attempt to publish meeting packets for future sessions.
Why it matters: Consolidated public packets and clearer staff capacity will improve transparency for applicants and residents, shorten document retrieval time and make it easier for members to prepare for meetings.
