Minutes: A board member moved to approve the prior meeting minutes and the motion carried by voice vote.
Utility crossings: The board approved two utility‑crossing applications (DR250263616 and DR250333617) submitted after fiber‑optic and utility work; county inspectors confirmed repairs and staff did not require a bond. A board member moved to approve both applications and the motion passed by voice vote.
Ratcliffe Minor Subdivision (DR250003613): Richard Hoover, planning engineer, said the applicant failed to make required public notices. The board moved to continue the item to the Dec. 2 meeting; the motion carried.
Coriel Minor Plat (DR250003619): Attorney Andy Worry presented a proposal to split 17 acres at 6700 W. 500 S into two 8.5‑acre lots for homes. Planning engineer Richard Hoover said drainage comments were addressed and recommended approval conditioned on submission of final construction plans and documents to the planning engineer for approval. A board member moved to approve with those conditions; the motion passed.
Calendar: The board approved the proposed 2026 meeting calendar, which retains the existing cadence with one date change in May.
