The LaPorte County Board of Zoning Appeals removed from its Oct. 21 agenda a petition from Sunset Companies LLC for construction of a second home at 9409 North 500 West after staff reported they were unable to reach the petitioner.
The petition had been tabled at least twice previously. The board voted to untable the petition and then moved to remove it from the agenda for lack of petitioner participation. Board members indicated the petitioner may return with a new filing and additional information if they wish to pursue the request.
