The Brigham City Council voted to approve the final plat for Northpointe Subdivision Phase 4, a previously reviewed development that staff said is ready for final acceptance and recording.

Planner Bradley told the council the final plat reflects a small change from prior submittals: two separate single-family dwelling units in the upper-left corner were replaced by four townhomes, and Stubbs Street North will be extended to tie into the Cardamite Village project. Bradley said the construction drawings were amended and approved by staff.

A motion to approve the final plat was made by Council member Choksa, seconded by Council member Hipp, and approved by roll call. The council treated the item as a final-formality step to permit recording of the plat; no conditions or additional amendments were recorded in the meeting minutes.
