Council adopts negative committee report and blocks proposed Munhall snow-sharing agreement

Pittsburgh City Council on Oct. 14 adopted a negative committee recommendation that halted consideration of a proposed cooperation agreement with the borough of Munhall for mutual street operations, snow and ice services.
