The Boston City Council formally recognized Dr. Ayesha Miller for her civic leadership and service to neighborhoods across Boston.
Councilor Murphy introduced Miller and cited her role as vice president of permitting, community and corporate engagement at Related Beale, her prior city roles including chief of civic engagement cabinet and assistant commissioner for constituent services, and her long record of neighborhood advocacy in Mattapan and across Boston. "To me is a true friend who shows up for her neighborhood, her community, for her residents," Murphy said.
Councilor Flynn and others offered personal remarks about Miller’s background and public-service work. Miller addressed the chamber, thanked colleagues and mentors, and reflected on her commitment to neighborhoods and constituent service.
This item was a ceremonial recognition; no formal council action beyond the presentation was recorded.
