After brief comments about likely recurring small expenses (historic signs, minor supplies), the commission approved the $1,000 request in a roll-call vote with all five members voting yes.
Commissioners noted that the commission also raises funds through donations tied to the historic-house sign program and that the donation account has been used to underwrite sign costs and other one-time projects.
