Council also approved Ordinance 2025‑996‑O by second reading to reduce the local notice period to the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) for Type 4 legislative land‑use actions from 45 days to 35 days, aligning the city’s process with DLCD requirements; council clarified this ordinance applies to legislative actions only.
