Highland Park Zoning Board approves minutes, adopts 2026 meeting schedule
Summary

At the start of its Nov. 6 meeting, the Highland Park Zoning Board of Appeals approved the Oct. 16 minutes. Vice Chair Yablon moved to accept the minutes as drafted; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Later in the meeting staff presented a draft resolution setting the board's regular meeting dates for 2026. The staff report noted that the April 3 meeting had been removed from the schedule. A board member moved to adopt the resolution; the motion was seconded and the board approved it. The signed resolution will be posted at City Hall.
No substantive discussion or public comment on either item was recorded. The board then addressed other agenda items and adjourned.
