MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Monongalia County Commission approved two administrative requisitions Nov. 5 covering University Town Center districts: requisition #111 for $2,675 from the UTC excise tax district and requisition #30 for $14,092.50 from the UTC series 2023A property tax district.
County staff said requisition #111 covered MunichAP's monthly invoice. Requisition #30 covered MunichAP's October invoice and a Steptoe & Johnson invoice for services to the district through September. Commissioners moved and seconded approval for each requisition and recorded unanimous "aye" votes.
