Commissioners discussed who would attend and agreed to a combined approach for the K‑Camp and K‑Works meetings, which staff said can be represented by the same individuals because the session timing overlaps.
A motion was made and seconded to appoint the named delegate and alternates; commissioners recorded votes in favor.
The county clerk will submit the delegate and alternate names to the KAC conference organizers per association procedures.
