Consent agenda and committee appointment All items on the consent agenda were approved by unanimous voice vote. The board also added Chris Mercier (Grand Ronde) to the Parkway Committee.
MOU with Teamsters Local 223 The board approved a memorandum of understanding clarifying anniversary-date language for step increases under the 2024'2027 collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local 223 through June 30, 2027. Motion carried unanimously; no amendments were made during the meeting.
DEQ intergovernmental agreement amendment Commissioners approved Amendment No. 4 to IGA No. 168-20 between Yamhill County and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, extending the agreement term through Sept. 30, 2026. Staff confirmed the previously noted dates in meeting paperwork and no substantive change was added during the hearing.
Construction procurement: North Hill Road bridge maintenance The board approved a notice of intent to award the North Hill Road bridge maintenance project to Bent LLC for $176,675. The vote was unanimous.
