Planning staff briefs commission on downtown master plan progress, ranch master plan to follow

At the Nov. 6 meeting staff provided an update on the downtown master plan, saying the parking component remains forthcoming and that the project has met benchmarks. Planner Marce said public engagement was strong and that the ranch master plan will be scheduled for commission review in December.

No formal action was taken; staff indicated it will bring the parking analysis and the ranch master plan draft to future meetings for review and comment.
