The contract is described in the agenda as funding a personalized attendance, intervention and engagement solution for middle and high school students, with Title IV identified as the funding source.

The item received no public comment. Board member Lanus moved the item and Board President Stewart seconded. The board approved the contract by voice vote; the clerk recorded that the motion carried. The contract will be implemented by district staff and funded from the Title IV allocation noted in the agenda.
