County opens bids for Out Creek Trail Phase 2; decision deferred pending DNR review

Staff estimated the DNR review and response could take approximately a month.
Commission discussion also touched on grant conditions: staff said the state grant that funds a majority of this phase requires adherence to state specifications, which is one reason the trail is 10 feet wide. Commissioners acknowledged the project does not require a local match for this particular grant.
