Elections staff requested the change and the motion to approve payment and amend the resolution was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. No commissioners raised objections during discussion.
The board did not provide additional line-item backup for the battery replacements during the public meeting; procurement and resolution records should contain the full invoice and corrective documentation.
