Dimmit County commissioners debate nomination process for district board seat amid notice questions

Commissioner O'Dea said she had left the county's suggested nominations unchanged from last year and then removed herself from consideration, citing a schedule conflict with new afternoon meeting times: "I am going to be refusing myself from that position," she said.
