Middletown audit committee appoints RBT as auditors for year ending Dec. 31, 2025

The Middletown Community Development Agency audit committee voted unanimously to appoint RBT as auditors for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, at a fee of $5,600.

Committee members agreed on a motion to approve the appointment and to forward the resolution to the full board. The motion was made and seconded on the floor and the committee recorded a unanimous vote in favor; the clerk stated the four members present voted Yes and there were no oppositions or abstentions.

The resolution, as read at the meeting, specifies RBT would serve as auditors for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, for a fee of $5,600 and the committee moved the item forward to the full board for final action. No additional scope, contract terms, or contingency language for the engagement were discussed on the record at the committee meeting.

After the vote the audit committee adjourned and returned the body to the regular meeting agenda.
