Planning Board adopts annual meeting calendar; two meetings to be held in alternate conference room

The Taunton City Planning Board adopted its annual meeting calendar during the Oct. 2 session. Staff noted that the January meeting will fall on Jan. 8 (one week later because of a holiday) and that the July meeting will be on July 9; both meetings will be held in the City Hall back conference room. The board moved, seconded and approved the calendar by voice vote.
Staff said the conference room has TV access and that advertisements for hearings will note the alternate location when applicable. The board asked staff to finalize the advertised schedule so hearings can be scheduled in advance.
