Board continues Berkeley Street petition to Nov. 6; member recuses

The Planning Board on Oct. 2 continued consideration of a revised petition for 120 R Berkeley Street submitted by Delfina's Concrete Inc. The earlier proposal to install two above-ground fuel tanks had been denied; the new plan would construct a six-bin enclosed material conveyor to support concrete-mixing operations.
Board staff noted that Bill recused himself from the Berkeley Street matter and left the room. Attorney Daniel submitted a letter stating that because an insufficient number of members were expected the board should continue the matter; the board voted to continue the hearing to Nov. 6. No substantive review or testimony occurred at the Oct. 2 meeting.
