The Planning Commission adopted the 2026 meeting and submission schedule on Nov. 6 and agreed to eliminate the July 2, 2026 meeting date because the date conflicts with typical holiday travel.

Planning staff said the schedule is used to inform applicants when deadlines are required for submission to be heard by a given meeting; the Board of Zoning Appeals follows the Planning Commission schedule per board bylaws. Commissioners voted to adopt the schedule, incorporating the July 2 removal and a brief, lighthearted note about one commissioner’s birthday.

A motion to adopt the schedule (including the July 2 cancellation) passed 8–0.
