The Planning and Zoning Adjustment Board on Nov. 6 approved a commercial site plan for Olive Glen Golf and Country Club at 416 Skyline Drive to construct a 3,000-square-foot addition to an existing maintenance shop.
Staff described the addition as including two offices, an employee break room, a bathroom and storage space. The board approved the project with several conditions: if a 1.5-inch treated water service is proposed, a 1.5-inch treated water meter will be required; a crossing permit must be issued by the Cody Canal Irrigation District before installation of any untreated water service; if floor drains are proposed, a sand/oil/grease interceptor must be installed prior to discharge into the sanitary sewer main; utility P.D.s (public development/connection fees) shall be paid with issuance of the building permit; a building permit must be obtained within three years or the authorization will expire; and prior to issuance of a building permit the applicant must work with public works to establish a design that aligns with city standards.
The board moved and seconded approval; the chair called the vote and declared the motion passed by voice vote. The planning record shows the board added the final condition (public works design alignment) at the meeting.
