Board member Wendy Leiserson asked for assurance the operation would comply with the quick-service criteria in the ordinance; Raffney confirmed the application and supporting statement addressed the standards (including requirements to prioritize walk-in trade, avoid traffic hazards, provide waste receptacles, and use biodegradable packaging where feasible).
On a motion by the chair the board granted relief under the sections cited during the hearing, conditioned on the work conforming to the submitted drawings labeled for Wonder Cambridge dated 08/25/2025 and incorporation of the supporting statements and dimensional form. The vote was recorded as five in favor and the relief was granted.
