The Tulsa County Planning Commission on Nov. 7 approved CZ-573, rezoning a roughly 2.62-acre parcel from agricultural (AG) to agricultural-residential (AGR).
Staff noted the AGR zoning reduces minimum lot size requirements (from 2.1 acres in AG to 1.1 acres in AGR) and that the site lies within the residential designation of Collinsville's adopted comprehensive plan, which Tulsa County uses for this area. No public speakers appeared on the case.
Commissioner Craddock moved to approve the rezoning consistent with staff recommendations; Commissioner Turner Addison seconded and the motion passed.
