BZA continues Shea eco‑area slope encroachment request; asks for detailed footprint and capped impervious total

Board members expressed concern about the size of the outer disturbance box shown on the petitioner’s drawings and the permanent versus temporary disturbance footprint. The BZA continued the petition to the December 3 meeting and explicitly requested a final site footprint (house dimensions), a capped impervious total for the disturbed area and a clearer description of permanent versus temporary construction‑related disturbance. Staff will hold grading permits pending that submission.
