Auburn council reappoints AJ Harris, appoints Mary Mills to Parks and Rec Advisory Board

The Auburn City Council reappointed AJ Harris to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and appointed Mary Mills during its Nov. 4 Committee of the Whole, Mayor Ron Anders said.
The reappointment was unanimous. Harris had served one full term and had sought a second full term, Anders said. The council also appointed Mary Mills as a new board member and thanked Tammy Hollis for her two full terms of service.
Mayor Anders encouraged community members who applied but were not selected to continue looking for ways to serve the city and to consider future openings on advisory boards.
