Staff noted they may present a procedure to implement policy IMG (service animals in schools) as an administrative procedure rather than a policy change; such procedures do not require public comment under board rules. The board suggested scheduling a fuller policy discussion in December to gather stakeholder feedback and review comparative practices from other districts.
