Front Gate / Fair Oaks Parkway: Staff said the radar feedback signs the committee requested are on order and estimated delivery from the vendor is about four weeks. Staff also reported the city's general engineering consultant submitted a final design for a hybrid northbound left‑turn lane at the Fair Oaks Parkway intersection; staff is reviewing the design and, if the review is successful, will move the project to the bid phase.

Triple Crown stop‑sign submittal: Staff received a stop‑sign request for the Fair Oaks Parkway intersection at Triple Crown in October. The submitter cited limited sight distance for vehicles exiting Triple Crown eastbound onto Fair Oaks Parkway. The city's general engineering consultant is reviewing site conditions; staff anticipates presenting the item to TSAC in February with supporting analysis.

IH‑10 access change: Staff also reported a separate access‑lane change allowing a left turn from an IH‑10 access lane into Fair Oaks Parkway has been completed as of October; staff noted drivers are still adapting to the change.

What the committee asked staff to do: Share the hybrid turn‑lane design report with TSAC when review is complete and present the Triple Crown analysis in February. Staff confirmed they would report back to the committee on both items.
