Board members asked where the funds are held and whether they are in the treasury. The presenter explained the funds are appropriated into the school accounting fund and must be carried forward for the multi‑year grant period. After discussion, the board first approved the FY2026 supplement request labeled FY2026‑04 by roll call (motion by Jesse, second by Bill Harris), then approved FY2026‑05, which appropriated several federal and state awards identified in the packet.
Both supplement motions passed unanimously with the present supervisors voting yes.
