The decisions follow a public hearing and a second reading of both an amendment to the city's Comprehensive Development Master Plan and a zoning ordinance creating Section 3.2, Corridor Residential. The commission recorded identical 5-0 votes to adopt the plan amendment and to rezone the parcels, clearing a major procedural step for Sunnyside West Miami LLC's project.
