The organization is expanding distribution to new pickup locations — including the library — and coordinating with partners across the valley to increase access.
Potmeyer highlighted four ways community members can help: spread the word to neighbors in need, volunteer for expanded distribution efforts, donate high-need items (Ensure for elders and baby formula) and host food drives at local grocery stores to support both the food bank and local retailers. She said monetary donations are especially helpful because the food bank can buy fresh produce in bulk through wholesale channels.
