For item 11‑25‑02, the council approved an alcohol license for Pint and Play at 302 Willow Bend. Applicant Kevin Sutton described a self‑service model in which patrons are ID‑checked on entry, then use an ID‑linked bracelet or card to pour beverages from taps; the system prevents underage access. Councilmembers asked about ID checks and access controls; Sutton said customers must be ID'd and linked to the pour device before use.
Both votes were recorded with the standard "aye" vote and staff will reflect the approvals in licensing files. No amendments to the licenses were announced at the meeting.
