The board also approved a travel/purchase order request for the White County High School boys soccer team to attend a Gatlinburg tournament March 12–15 after a motion by Mr. McDonald and a second by Ms. Officer; board members explained the early approval was requested so the coach could secure registration before the event sold out. The consent agenda items were adopted by unanimous voice vote.
