COTTAGE GROVE, Minn. — The Cottage Grove City Council on Nov. 5 approved a multi-part site plan for Grey Cloud Elementary School that includes a roughly 3,476-square-foot classroom addition, a roughly 6,505-square-foot gymnasium and accompanying site changes to parking and stormwater.
Planner Max Ericsson summarized the proposal and told council staff had observed no traffic issues during school hours and that the school would continue to exceed minimum parking requirements after removing about 10 stalls. The…
