Council confirms board reappointments, beer permits and a Cherry Lane property settlement

Permits and settlement: Staff recommended approval of two regular beer-permit applications (ownership change and new location) and two special-event permits pending final building and code inspections; council voted to approve pending those inspections. The council also approved a property-settlement payment related to Cherry Lane Phase 3b.
A council member asked staff to research residential parking restrictions for commercial vehicles (semis, RVs) after a constituent inquiry; staff requested the resident’s email to follow up.
