Council approved the consent agenda by voice vote; the motion passed 5–0.
On a separate item, staff sought city-council authorization to abandon about 50 feet of an existing trail easement and record an updated easement plat with the Locust Meadows Owners Association. The change will realign the trail slightly to achieve a better crossing of a wetland outfall and allow construction of a stone-dust, ADA-accessible trail in the spring. Council waived the second reading and approved the easement abandonment and recording by a 5–0 vote.
Both actions were presented by staff and approved without substantive amendments at the meeting.
