Lauren Laria, assistant to the city manager, said the cost includes a $325 registration fee per person plus hotel accommodations and that sufficient funding is available in the fiscal year 2026 travel and training budget. Council approved attendance for the named officials; the motion listed Council members Golding, Janssen, Wagner, Horn and Mayor Hoffman.
Council members discussed logistics and staff confirmed names will be finalized and adjustments made if any listed official cannot attend.
