The Iowa County Board of Supervisors approved County Home Rule Ordinance No. 43 following a public hearing and completed several routine administrative actions at its meeting.

The board opened a public hearing on County Home Rule Ordinance No. 43 and recorded no public written or oral comments. After the hearing, a motion to approve the ordinance passed by voice vote; supervisors recorded no opposition on the floor. "Motion to approve? So moved. Second. All in favor, say aye," a supervisor said before the voice vote.

The board also approved the FY25 annual TIF urban renewal report by voice vote following brief consideration. A motion to approve the report was seconded and carried.

Separately, supervisors accepted a resignation from a Honey Creek Township trustee and moved to fill the vacancy. The board appointed Leanne Bright to the trustee position; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
