The Woodland Park City Council unanimously approved the consent calendar, which included three items: approval of the Oct. 16, 2025 meeting minutes; award of the Gold Hill water tank construction contract to Bonham Construction LLC for $1,528,257; and approval of a one-year holiday-lighting contract with Timberline Landscaping for $555,541.34.
Mayor Case read the consent items into the record and asked if any councilor wished to pull an item for separate consideration. No items were removed, and a motion to approve the consent calendar carried unanimously. City staff present for the contracts included Kip (construction/public works) for questions about the Gold Hill water tank and Aaron (utilities/finance) and Rob (staff) available for questions about other items.
The Gold Hill water tank contract is listed in the consent agenda packet as Bonham Construction LLC in the amount of $1,528,257. City staff said Kip was available for questions regarding the project; no questions were raised and the item was approved as presented. The holiday-lighting contract with Timberline Landscaping was presented as a one-year contract for $555,541.34; Aaron and Rob were present for technical clarifications and again the item was approved as part of the consent calendar.
The consent vote was recorded as unanimous.
