Finance staff told the council the first amendment is routine operating budget housekeeping affecting the general fund and the water fund, with a separate transfer from the capital reserve to the lead sewer-line project fund to address increased project costs. Two additional ordinances were introduced to create grant project funds for water and sewer asset-inventory-and-assessment (AIA) efforts.
A council member moved the package; after a second the council voted in favor.
