Mapp and her husband Breeland said the business has operated five years and expects to provide a respectful storefront experience in the historic district. The board read the applicant's mailings and confirmed the hours in the resolution; the applicant agreed to the hours recorded in the resolution and inspectors reported no concerns.
With no public opposition, the board voted by roll call to adopt the resolution approving the retail use.
The approval permits the retail use as described; changes to hours or the scope of medical fittings would require further planning review.
