The applicant said no on-site cooking would occur and that food would be pre-baked off-site. Building inspector Mr. Martinez and fire inspector Mr. Witkowski reported no outstanding concerns.
After closing the public hearing and receiving no public opposition, the board adopted the resolution by roll call.
The approval authorizes the cafe use as described; any change to on-site food preparation or hours would require further board review.
