Norfolk County awards $3,000 in opioid-settlement funds to Town of Canton for emergency equipment

A motion to allocate $3,000 from the opioid-settlement fund was moved, seconded and approved by a unanimous voice vote, recorded as 3–0.
Cronin said the county typically runs two grant cycles each year to distribute opioid-settlement funds among coalition members across Norfolk County and that this award followed the county’s established process. No public comment was offered on the item at the meeting.
