Animal control committee adds claim to PayNow list, explores credit-card option and drafts expense policy

The committee also directed staff to work with the state's attorney to draft a policy authorizing limited use of personal funds and reimbursement procedures when immediate payment is required and county procurement rules would cause a delay.
Committee members tabled discussion on the department's fee schedule and asked staff to provide updated reconciliations and an intergovernmental policy update for future meetings.
