The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed a revision to the Embarcadero Southeast Quadrant Master Plan and a grouped package of preliminary and final plats and replats covering commercial, residential and industrial lots.
Staff presented the master-plan revision — which adjusts phasing (moves Faskin Boulevard from phase 7 to phase 5, adds a multifamily lot to phase 7 and a commercial lot to a new phase) — and provided staff comments. The applicant’s engineer said the team concurred with staff comments. The commission approved the suggested revision.
The commission also considered grouped approvals (items 8–11 and 10–11 series) of preliminary and final plats, replats and model-subdivision compliance for dozens of lots, including Embarcadero phases, Zaptech Commercial subdivision phases, Monteverde and other subdivisions. Staff recommended approval on the items presented and the commission approved the grouped motions by voice vote.
Administrative reminders about committee documentation and model-subdivision compliance were given at the end of the agenda. The approvals are advisory/transmittal actions that will be processed administratively in subsequent permitting and recording stages.
Speakers included project engineers with Camacho Mendez & Associates and applicant representatives who confirmed concurrence with staff conditions.
