The plan reflects outreach conducted Sept. 13–Oct. 3 (an online poll in English and Spanish, translations of key chapters, community conversations and tabling at events). Commissioners Theresa Courtney and Kermit Appeo told the council the online poll received 65 responses and that 18 of 20 recommendations were supported by a majority of respondents.
