Laredo ISD to phase sports-officiating certification; staff propose certified personal trainer IBC to count for CCMR

She said the program cost roughly $22,600 for about 50 students, largely for uniforms and program delivery, and staff are "phasing it out" while still offering it in the immediate spring for current students via a partnership with Laredo College.
