Argyle MDD elects David Wiley president and Pam Batson vice president

The Argyle Municipal Development District held annual officer elections at the Nov. 4 meeting and elected David Wiley as president and Pam Batson as vice president.
A board member moved and another seconded David Wiley’s nomination for president. The presiding officer called for other nominations, received none, and the board voted; the chair announced the ayes carried with no opposition.
For vice president, a motion and second nominated Pam Batson. After the nomination period closed, the board voted and the motion passed. The officers will serve until the next annual election or until the board takes further action.
