The San Antonio Zoning Commission voted to approve consent agenda items 3 and 5 during its Nov. 6 meeting.

Staff said item 3 was a unified change request from C2 to C3 with 162 notices sent and mixed neighborhood responses; item 5 requested a rezoning from R4 to R4 CD affecting lots identified at 4207 and 42 Commercial Avenue and had 17 notifications, two in favor. Commissioner Hui moved to approve the consent agenda items and Commissioner Hinojosa seconded; the commission conducted a roll-call vote and the motion passed.

The approvals are recommendations; the items will be forwarded to City Council for final action. No substantive public testimony was heard on those two consent items at the meeting.
