Commissioner Hui moved to approve the consent agenda items and Commissioner Hinojosa seconded; the commission conducted a roll-call vote and the motion passed.
The approvals are recommendations; the items will be forwarded to City Council for final action. No substantive public testimony was heard on those two consent items at the meeting.
